However, to support the sustainability of small producers, we would like to mention that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Below you can find details regarding the return and exchange processes.

Return and Exchange Conditions: You are required to make return or exchange requests within 10 days from the delivery date of the product. The products must be unused, unworn, and with their original tags intact. Please contact us via email at hello@malinamaven.com with the details of the product you wish to return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@malinamaven.com with the details of the product you wish to return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notes: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in return and exchange processes. The products to be returned must be in their original and unused condition. Products with removed tags, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
